BACC's mission is to provide culturally competent therapy to children, adults, families, and couples in the community. Einat Klopfer Cohen, AMFT
Einat is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Master’s degree from Palo Alto University in California. Einat has been working with children, parents, and families for many years in different settings. She worked as a school counselor in Israel and helped children and their families cope with different academic and social-emotional challenges. Einat has experience working with young children in early education settings, where she worked with children in an emerging curriculum program and helped parents navigate through different developmental milestones. In the past year and a half, Einat has been working with children, teens, adults, and parents in a community-based agency where she uses an attachment-based lens in combination with a family system approach to partner with clients and help them overcome mental health challenges. Einat utilizes expressive art techniques, play therapy and sand tray interventions in her work. Estelle Ho, LMFT
Estelle Ho is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to the growth and well-being of her clients. She received her BA in English from Stanford University and her MS from Cal State East Bay’s Marriage and Family Therapy program. Estelle has years of experience using CBT with individuals across the lifespan grappling with anxiety, depression, anger, transitions, and interpersonal challenges. She has also been trained in attachment-based and systemic therapies and receives ongoing supervision to effectively treat couples and families in distress. Estelle’s warmth and compassion support her clients to clarify what is most important to them so they can address what gets in their way. Lisa Ross, AMFT APCC
Lisa Ross is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor who was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in her mindfulness practice and a deep appreciation for the healing powers of nature. Lisa attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and received a Bachelors in Modern Literature. After working as an elementary school teacher for several years, she went on to obtain her Masters in Counseling Psychology from California State University, East Bay. She has experience providing individual, group and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, incorporating a somatic approach to support clients struggling with anxiety, depression and substance abuse issues. As a queer mother of a toddler, Lisa is also passionate about helping LGBTQ individuals, transitional age youth, parents, and other clients thrive through the development of self-awareness and actualization. |
Delilah Raybee, AMFT
Delilah Raybee is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, families and children since 2021. Delilah takes a somatic/body-based and integrative approach to provide warm, empathic and evidence-based care. Delilah completed a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. She began her clinical work at the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy, and continued working with individuals and couples through Blackbird Institute. Delilah served as a mental health intern for the Albany Unified School District during the 2023-24 school year. In her work, she helps individuals, couples and families increase their understanding of themselves, succeed in implementing new behaviors, overcome communication challenges, and just generally feel better. Delilah lives in the east bay with her partner, teen and two cats. |
Melissa Murphy, AMFT
Melissa is a somatic psychotherapist, which means she incorporates how clients feel in their bodies as therapy unfolds. Her interest in somatics grew out of her longtime yoga practice, and love of dance and music. Her style is gentle and effective, and draws on Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR modalities (among others). She works with children, couples, adults, and families who have experienced complex trauma, drawing on a sense of humor and play, as well as her experiences as a community organizer, lawyer, and administrator in community health. Katya Fischuk, AMFT
Katya Fischuk is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. Her therapeutic style is both collaborative and solution-focused, blending evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with mindfulness practices. She strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
