Bay Area CENTER for COuples

IAP's Bay Area Center for Couples Therapy provides couples therapy and trains clinicians to provide effective and evidence-based therapy.  Our clinicians are experts in the field of couples therapy.

Research has shown that couples tend to wait an average of six years after problems begin to seek therapy. Whether you have a long-standing problem or recently developed difficulties, couples therapy could be immensely helpful.

We provide Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, evidence-based therapy with research showing significant improvement in 88% of couples treated. 70-73% of couples moved from distress to recovery at an average of 20 sessions. You don't have to live in a mediocre, or loveless relationship anymore.

We work with couples in every stage of the relationship, from dating to long-term partnership or marriage. We treat couples from all cultures, religions, age groups, ethnic backgrounds, gender identifications, physical abilities, and sexual orientations.

Our Bay Area staff is well trained and has ample experience in working with couples. We also have experienced pre and post-licensed trainees who specialize in this area.

You can gain that closeness you've been wanting in your relationship, with the help of a professional. Often times, it's not too late! Don't go on living your life feeling unfulfilled. Life is too short!
