Evolving Structural-Strategic Family Therapy Certification
To become certified in the four stage, trans-diagnostic approach to working with families, you must go through Level 1 and Level 2 training, and then apply for certification.
Level 1 - Training
The first level of training is the Introduction to Evolving Structural-Strategic Family Therapy, which covers the theoretical groundings of the approach, as well as training participants in the four stages.
Level 2 - Training
There are three options to obtain advanced training in ESSFT, which involve in-depth training in the four stages, presentation of trainees videos of sessions or live consultation, and role plays:

Level 2 - Training

- A Four Training Series, Consisting of Five Hours Each
- A 10 Week One Way Mirror Training
- 20 hours of Group Consultation
- Presentation of four case presentations and video clips of the therapist apply the four stages of ESSFT
- 10 hours of ESSFT supervision consultation
- Presentation of two videos of supervision and/or consultation
